I started a coaching course with Diana in 2007 after attending an introductory session about Results Coaching. I was somewhat skeptical that I could benefit from a phone call every two or three weeks, however I was willing to have a go. After the first complementary session I realised that the process of goal setting, taking action and reflection was very powerful, particularly with a coach talking me through the process.

What I enjoyed was the focus on specific goals during each session and having someone who was really genuinely interested in whether I had achieved what I set out to do in between sessions. I found Diana to be an excellent listener and questioner. She was able to focus clearly on what I was saying and provided clarity for me when I was unsure as to where I was heading. Diana has excellent communication skills as well as a good sense of humour and a genuine interest in people.
